Priyanka Kumar is an illustrator and visual storyteller from Kolkata, India. She graduated with an MFA in Illustration Practice from MICA in 2020 and is currently a recipient of the Bromo Seltzer Artist Fellowship. She teaches at the undergraduate Illustration program at MICA part-time and was recently appointed art director at the anthology South Asian Avant-Garde. She is also working on an illustrated children's book with the Nashville-based podcast Uncolonial History. Her personal work spans visual narrative, printmaking, and murals.
